The company is headquartered in Dubai and governed by rules and regulations of DMCC.

Our chairman, Amit Sinha has over 30 years of varied experience in Insurance. A qualified engineer, he started his career with OIC, India in Reinsurance department. Having worked there for almost 14 years in Reinsurance department, he worked as a part of senior management in IFFCO TOKIO Marine, Bajaj Allianz and Reliance General Insurance. His expertise is in reinsurance and corporate business mainly comprising of large commercials.
